Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment & Packaging

Our products are fulfilled and shipped by WhiteWall. The shipping method and number of packages depend on the type, size, and combination of items in your order.

Wall Art

• Wall art items are generally packed and shipped individually to ensure maximum protection.
• If multiple wall art pieces of similar size are ordered, they may be packed together in one shipment.
• All wall art items within the same order leave the production facility at the same time, even if shipped in multiple packages.
• Photo Papers and Fine Art Prints are always shipped separately from other products to prevent damage.
  • Prints up to 60 cm × 40 cm are shipped flat in protective envelopes.
  • Larger prints are shipped rolled in tubes due to production and format requirements.

Photo Calendars & Coffee Table Books

• Photo Calendars and Coffee Table Books are produced on separate production lines and are therefore shipped independently from wall art and other products.
• If your order includes wall art and a calendar or book, you will receive multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers.
• These shipments may arrive at different times.
• Typically, the second shipment may arrive up to 2 business days later.
• Multiple Coffee Table Books will ship together.
• Multiple Photo Calendars will ship together.

Delivery Times

• All delivery times are provided in working days (Monday–Friday).
• Delivery times vary based on:
  • Product type and configuration
  • Destination country
• Estimated delivery times are displayed:
  • On each product page under “Shipping”
  • During product configuration
  • In the shopping cart
  • In the order confirmation email after checkout
• While your order is in production, its status can be tracked through your customer account.

Delivery times shown are estimates and begin once production is complete.

Delivery Methods

Standard Delivery

Orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners, which may include:

• DHL
• DPD
• UPS
• TNT / FedEx

Standard deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

Convenience (Comfort) Delivery for Large Items

• Available for oversized products with an edge length of 125 cm or more
• Delivered via a two-person delivery service
• Items are carried into your room of choice
• Delivery is scheduled in advance
• This option incurs an additional charge and results in a longer delivery time

Express Delivery

• Express shipping is not available at this time.

Neutral (White-Label) Shipping

• Orders can be shipped without visible WhiteWall branding, including packaging, seals, and delivery notes.
• Delivery notes do not display prices.
• Neutral shipping is only available for deliveries within the EU.
• For shipments outside the EU, customs regulations require the sender’s details and product value to be declared, making neutral shipping unavailable.
